FAQ

How do I make Omega Tuckin spawn?
Complete the "Binding Oath" Journey quest in the Mistwoods region. Omega bosses do not spawn on a timer — the encounter activates only after its quest, then resets weekly (quest name per beta tooltips).
What element is Omega Tuckin weak to?
Grass as a defender takes 1.6x from Fire, Wind, and Dark attacks and resists Water, Grass, and Earth at 0.625x, per the type chart — Ice is neutral against Grass. Fire damage also clears its Hummin summons efficiently.
What do the Hummin summons do?
Per the official creature page, Tuckin summons 1 Hummin on entering battle and one more every 10 seconds, capped at 3. Its skills blink the Hummins onto targets for damage and a 1s stun, and its innate roots to heal them 50% and raise BREAK efficiency by 20%.

The rooted summoner of the Mistwoods

Omega Tuckin is the Omega boss of the Mistwoods — the third of the quest-gated weekly challenges (the world bosses overview has the full system). Its base creature, Tuckin (NO.022), is a Grass-element BREAK role with 550 total attributes — the highest documented base line so far — including BREAK 100 and M.DEF 110, per the official companion wiki.

The kit you are fighting

The boss script is not yet documented on the live build; the official Aniilog page shows the kit it is built from, and it is a summoner’s toolkit:

  • Hummin wave — its trait summons 1 Hummin at combat start, plus one every 10 seconds, capped at 3, and scales BREAK damage with its own max HP (a percentage per 21,000 HP).
  • Root-and-heal — its innate (Draw Nourishment) roots it into the soil: +20% BREAK efficiency for itself and its Hummins, a 50% HP heal for all Hummins, and 2% HP/s regeneration for itself and nearby helpers. Punish the root window or the fight never ends.
  • Coordinated strikes — Haunting Choir blinks every Hummin onto a target for area damage and a 1s stun; its Breaking Roar ultimate (power 165) refills the Hummin count to max before a massive shockwave.

Team preparation

  • Elements: Grass defender — bring Fire, Wind, or Dark damage (1.6x); Water, Grass, and Earth are resisted (0.625x). Fire also answers the Hummin wave. Full grid in the type chart.
  • Target discipline: the Hummins heal and buff — clearing them during the root window removes the sustain engine before it compounds.
  • M.DEF awareness: the base creature carries M.DEF 110 — the highest defensive stat of the three Omega base lines; magic-heavy teams feel it, and physical BREAK pressure (see the Twine BREAK forms) is the natural answer to a BREAK-role boss.

Rewards

Omega clears are weekly-limited with the tier’s richer payoff — drop specifics are being documented from the live servers and land here with a last-verified date. The other two Omegas: Omega Infergon (Russet Highlands) and Omega Sherro (Echoback Landing).
